About the Journal

Technology, Innovation and Special Education Research (TISER) is a refereed professional journal that presents up-to-date information and opinions related to innovation, individuals with disabilities, talent, and creativity, and the use of technology in the field of education. Its purpose is to share current theory, research, and practice with its audience of international educators, scholars, researchers, and parents.

TISER publishes original research, theoretical studies, systematic literature review papers or accounts of practice. Topics include: development, personality and individual differences, affect and motivation, social behavior and cross-cultural issues in relation to special education; technology and innovation; talent and creativity; teacher education and professional development; curriculum development and implementation, research on instructional strategies, and school interventions, and evaluations of programs and services; and counseling issues.

TISER is published twice a year.
