Manuscript Submission
Submission of a manuscript to the Technology, Innovation and Special Education Research Journal (TISER) implies that the paper is an original contribution not previously published (except as an abstract or a preliminary report) in any languages; that it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere; and that its publication has been approved by all co-authors.
The languages of the Journal is English. All manuscripts must be submitted on-line through the web site.
